How do I alert CNS about an error?

Thanks for the error report!

The error report doesn't tell me too much right off the bat.  In cases like this, it's often more helpful to give me information that will allow me to re-create the error rather than giving me the error report itself. 
With that said, please let me know the following regarding the actions you took that resulted in this error:
  • Who were you logged in as?  Username is all I need.
  • What function (if any) were you using that caused this error?  E.g. mass product upload, editing a single product using the CMS, etc.
  • What is the URL of the page you were on just before the error occurred?  E.g. if you were on page X, hit submit and then the error occurred, tell me the URL of page X.
  • What is the URL of the page that threw the error?  I.e. when you came across the error, what was the URL in your browser?
  • Finally, if you were using any input files when you came across this error, please send along the input files.  E.g. "I was doing a mass product upload when the error occurred.  This is the sheet that I uploaded that might have something to do with the error."
  • If you have the savvy, please pass along a screen shot of the error. (How Do I Take a Screenshot?)
