Why can't I access the link you sent me?

Sometimes we may direct you to a web page that is password protected.  This means that you must be logged in to see this page. 

If you are not logged in and you try to access a password-protected page, you will see a page similar to the screenshot below.

If you see a page like the screenshot to the left, you should ...

1.  Try to login

If you know your username and password, use area 1 to login.

If you have forgotten your username and/or password, you should ...

2.  Have your username and password sent to you

Use area 2 to fill in your email address.  Then hit the button that says "Email me your username and password".  Your username and password will be emailed to you automatically.

After you have received the email, you can return to the login page and enter the username and password as indicated by the email.
