What is my username/password?

In order to access many pages on cnsusa.com, you will need to be logged in with your username and password.

    • If you can no longer access this email address, please contact us and ask us to change your email.
  • Click the button.
  • Your username and password will be emailed to you. 
• Check your email
• Return to the login page and enter the username and password from the email
• If you'd like to change your email, password, or any other info, click the "My Info" link at the top of the page once you are logged in.
