Our policy on response time

Requesting work via email or Tracker

In most cases, Tracker messages and emails will be checked at least once each day.  While most business people leave their email on all day, and may break away from what they are doing whenever a new message comes in, this would be inefficient for developers.  Development requires intense concentration, so for the sake of productivity developers need to be able to focus on tasks for hours at a time.  Please keep this in mind when sending an email or a Tracker message directly to a developer.

 

Most messages will be responded to (if only acknowledged) within 24-48 hours, but this may not always be the case.  We make a steadfast effort to maintain a queue of work.  Priorities within that queue may fluctuate so our response time to particular tasks can not often be predicted exactly.

 

Leaving voicemail

If you leave a voicemail during off hours, it will be checked in the morning of the next business day.  E.g. if you leave a message on a Monday at 8pm, it will be checked the next morning.

 

"I need this done now!"

If the work you need done is urgent, please contact us via phone.  520 887 9720. 

 

Should you call and reach voice mail during normal business hours (8:30am - 5pm Mountain Standard Time), this typically means that both of our lines are busy.  Please leave a message and continue to call regularly until you get through to us.  We do not check voicemail during the business day at regular intervals.
