Responding to Tracker red lights

When a Tracker task has a "red light" next to it, this means that the task in question is waiting on some input from you.  In order to keep your project moving forward, it is recommended that you respond to all "red lights" as soon as possible.

To get a look at all your red lights, please do the following:

  1. Browse to www.cnsusa.com/tracker/
  2. If you are prompted to login, please do so.
    1. If you have forgotten your username and/or password, please click here for instructions on how to have your username and password emailed to you.
  3. The main Tracker page (www.cnsusa.com/tracker/) will display all on-going tasks for your project.
  4. For each one that has a red light next to it, please do the following:
    1. Click on the task title to open that task's page.
    2. Review previous messages and look for places where someone from CNS has asked for your review or input.
    3. Click any of the "Reply" buttons and use Tracker to post your response.

Remember that Tracker does send out automated emails whenever there is new activity (new messages posted, change of status, etc.) on a given task so you aren't required to manually check in at www.cnsusa.com/tracker.  However, if you would like to look at the big picture of your project or perhaps if you've lost track of tasks waiting on your input, the instructions above will help keep your project moving.

And of course, if you'd prefer to go over anything in person, just call or email (click here).
