What are the Tracker "lights"?

The Tracker lights are meant to be used as an indicator of who is meant to be working on a given task at a given time.

• A red light () means that CNS is waiting on the client for a response before moving forward with that task.  Click here for more information on how to respond to a red light.
• A yellow light () will appear automatically when a client responds to a red light.  This is CNS' indication that the client has responded and it is now up to CNS to review and take action.
• A green light () means that CNS is working on the task.  There is no need for client input at this time.
