Column definitions
Let's have a closer look at the information that is being displayed here:

- The left most column display the lights. Click here for more information on the lights.
- The next column to the right is the priority. Most normal project tasks will be listed as a priority 5 since all project tasks need to be completed before the website can launch. They are all of equal priority.
- The next column to the right is the task name. Clicking on this will take you to that task's page. Or you can click the "View" button further to the right.
- The next column to the right is the "Entered" column which shows when the task was created.
- Next is the "Assigned" column which shows who the task is assigned to.
- Next is the "Last Msg" task which displays the initials of the last person that posted a message in that task.
- Next are the "View" and "Delete" buttons -
- Clicking "View" will take you to that task's page
- Clicking "Delete" will delete that task. You should only press this button when you're absolutely certain this task should be discontinued immediately.
- Finally, tasks that are in the "Client Review" state can be marked complete using the "Mark Complete" button.
Task organization
Speaking of task status, note that all tasks are organized by status. See this screenshot:

As you can see, the tasks are grouped and listed according to the status they are in. Click here for more information on Tracker task statuses.
The lights
The left-most column shows the status light for the task on that line. You can use these lights to determine if there are any tasks that require your attention.

- A red light requires your input before the task can move forward.
- A yellow light indicates that the client has responded to a red light and CNS needs to review the client's response.
- A green light indicates that CNS is working on that task and no client input is needed at this time.
In short, the lights allow the client to quickly understand which tasks require his or her response. Click here for more information on the status lights.
