In out continuing efforts to develop the Customer Support section of CNSUSA.com and to create awareness of said section, I'd like to introduce you to the Announcements section.

The Announcements section (click here) is where I will post an article any time the Customer Support section is updated in any way.  The most recent article (click here) was written today and addresses a common problem that clients run into when they confuse the login that gives them access to Tracker and the login that gives them administrative access to their own site.  Give it a read.  It may clear up some confusion.

All other announcments are listed in descending chronological order.  Check in on the Announcements page often to stay up to date on the latest that the Customer Support section has to offer.
